Ordering
Anyone is welcome to browse and place orders through the OPSWAT store.
Yes. You’ll need to create or log into a Shopify account to complete checkout.
Click the user icon at the top of the store, or log in during checkout using your email and password. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one during checkout.
Orders must be placed under your own account. If you're ordering on behalf of a team, please contact opswat@corp-imaging.com.
Shipping
We ship to all countries where OPSWAT has office locations.
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days for U.S. addresses. International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you don’t receive one, contact opswat@corp-imaging.com for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes. Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Contact opswat@corp-imaging.com to initiate a return/exchange and receive return shipping instructions.
If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, contact opswat@corp-imaging.com within 10 business days of receiving your shipment. Include photos if possible.
We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges within our standard return window. However, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer if the item was ordered in the wrong size or simply isn’t wanted.
